Seah,

Both of those messages are normal.  The ORA-1089 (See ORA-1089.ora-code.com) typically comes from
job queue processes or PQ processes during a shutdown.

The other message:

"kwqidafp: cursor from different session" is described in Metalink note

*<Note:304787.1 <http://rmsun03.us.oracle.com:8000/cgi-bin/webiv/do.pl/Get
?WwwID=note:304787.1>> **Trace File is generated with 'kwqidafp: cursor from
                   different session'*

The information in this document applies to:

Oracle Server - Enterprise Edition - Version: 10.1.0.3
Information in this document applies to any platform.

     Goal

No errors in alert file. There will be trace file generated which gives
the below error message.

kwqidafp : cursor from different session

     Solution

The messages 'kwqidafp: cursor from different session' informational
only and thus can be safely ignored

If AQ application running in the system is configured with a dequeue
timeout, which specifies the actual time it must wait for the arrival of
messages. This is normal behaviour.
